In conjunction with Steve Burch Consulting, Anzen Biosciences is currently configuring a state-of-the-art laboratory facility which will provide the most recently developed molecular assays for wine spoilage organisms, and the traditional tests used in the production of quality wines. Anzen Biosciences also has the capability to provide diagnostic services to the vineyard managers to assist in the production of the best grape crop possible.
