About Anzen Biosciences
Anzen Biosciences is an early phase Bio-Technology company focused on the development of products, services, and technology for use in environmental, agricultural, and homeland security applications. Our present product portfolio contains new, proprietary chemistries for DNA extraction and molecular analysis. These products have a broad application in microbial analysis (agricultural, environmental, and homeland security applications) and provide the basis of our own agricultural services testing laboratory. Our initial customer base will include wineries in need of routine testing services for wine spoilage organisms and wine compositional analysis and microbiologists working on molecular assays that require the extraction and purification of DNA for analysis via the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). As we mature further, our marketing and sales operations will encompass Bio Terrorism and other global threats that are a natural fit for our products. We expect to fully infiltrate these markets by our second year.
In addition to our agricultural services laboratory, Anzen Biosciences will launch 2 product lines in the first quarter of 2007; ZenLyse and conventional PCR primer kits. High Throughput (HT-PCR) primer kits and the HT-PCR analytical system will be launched in the 2nd quarter of 2007.
